We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for customers in the United Kingdom, United States, and Ireland.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging where applicable. A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation) is required.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, submit a return request through the store’s support or order page. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without approval, as the return may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was wrong, damaged, or defective on arrival. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
Refunds (Within 3 Days)
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
